Pop country music singer-songwriter Carrie Underwood has become a multi-platinum selling recording artist since appearing on the 5th season of the megahit show American Idol.

Her debut album, Some Hearts, was certified 7x platinum and is the fastest selling debut country album in history. Some Hearts, has yielded five #1 hits on the country charts: "Inside Your Heaven," "Jesus, Take the Wheel", "Don't Forget to Remember Me", "Wasted," and her biggest hit to date, "Before He Cheats." Her second album, Carnival Ride (which is certified 2x Platinum by the RIAA) has sold over 2 million copies and has produced two #1 country hits, "So Small." and "All-American Girl."

Country music singer-songwriter Josh Turner signed to MCA Nashville Records in 2003 and made his debut on the American country music charts with the Top 20 single "Long Black Train".

His debut album, by the same name has been certified platinum. In 2005, Turner charted his first two #1 singles on the Billboard country charts: "Your Man" and "Would You Go With Me", both from his Your Man album, which has been certified double platinum. To date, Josh has released three studio albums, his most recent titled Everything Is Fine, was released in October of 2007.
